Return and Refund Policy

At Qatra, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, whether they are Books, Games or online courses. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed. By purchasing from Qatra, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
For Books or Games
- Customized or Personalized Books or Games:
- Due to the nature of custom and personalized Books and Games, all sales are final. Refunds or returns are not available unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our fault.
- Customers must provide proof (e.g., photographs) of the damage or error within 24 hours of delivery.
- Standard Books and Games:
- Standard books or games are eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, are incorrect, or do not meet the description provided at the time of purchase.
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind after the order is confirmed or delivered.
- Books or Games that have been consumed or altered after delivery.
For Online Courses
- Refund Policy for Digital Products:
- Refund requests for online courses are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- No refunds will be issued for courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Technical Issues:
- If technical issues prevent access to the course, we will work to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued upon review.
2. Refund Process
- How to Request a Refund:

- Provide your order details, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant evidence (e.g., photos for books, games or screenshots for courses).
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days once approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
- For books and games:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not entered the production stage.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- For Online Courses: Course cancellations are not applicable after purchase. Refunds follow the eligibility criteria stated above.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards.
- Promotional offers and discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Any product or service that does not meet the refund eligibility criteria.
5. Damages and Issues
For physical products (books and games), report any damage or quality issues immediately upon delivery. For digital products (courses), report any technical difficulties as soon as possible for resolution.
